Jarno Trulli, replica of Simoncelli's helmet

India-Formula One grand prix India perform during a minute’s silence to commemorate the death of Wheldon, IndiCar driver and Marco Simoncelli, MotoGP rider.

1 minute of silence has been agreed between the drivers, teams and FIA, and the event took place in front of the grid 02:45 local time or 15 minutes before the race begins.

A number of Formula One drivers have a appreciation for both drivers, Wheldon and Simoncelli, who were killed in a racing accident in the last two weeks.
